<p>Deborah is a former lifestyle expert for <strong>At Home Las Vegas</strong>, the former anchor of <strong><em>Deborah Interviews on The Immigration Law Channel</em></strong>, a former contributor to <strong><em>Fresh Outlook Magazine</em></strong> and a former correspondent for <strong><em>Black Entertainment Television (BET) News</em>, where she covered Arkansas news with special coverage of the first Presidential campaign of President Bill Clinton.</strong> Deborah also served as a Fellow to the Obama for America 2012 campaign where she worked in the media office for the State of Nevada.</p>
<p>Touted by former Arkansas Governor and Presidential candidate Mike Huckabee as the best journalist in the State of Arkansas, Deborah spent her broadcast career in Little Rock covering local news, public affairs and politics. With a degree in Broadcast Journalism from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock and master’s degree studies in Journalism, her first job out of college was as News Director at a radio station. She soon moved to television as Program Director at a local cable channel, becoming at that time the youngest station manager in the country.</p>
<p>As producer and host of <strong><em>Real Story</em></strong>, Arkansas’ first newsmagazine show, Deborah interviewed diverse newsmakers from David Duke to Louis Farrakhan. As producer and host of <strong><em>Meet the Candidates</em></strong>, Deborah interviewed every candidate for every elected office in Little Rock, from Justice of the Peace to the Gubernatorial race. Deborah also executive produced and moderated the only primary debate for Governor Bill Clinton’s second run for Arkansas Governor.</p>
<p>Deborah has won several awards for her news and public affairs coverage, including the cable industry’s prestigious <strong><em>Crystal Award</em></strong>, a regional award from <strong><em>VH-1</em></strong> and a national award from the <strong><em>Arts &amp; Entertainment Channel</em></strong>.</p>
<p>Deborah founded Robinson Omnimedia &amp; Studios and shortly thereafter moved to Nashville to executive produce <strong>The Deborah Interviews Show</strong>, a lifestyle television talk show. The show ran five times a week for four years on the national digital network, iLifeTV, reaching more than 7 million homes on more than 2,500 cable systems in 49 states. The show also aired on the Inspiration Network International, broadcasting to more than 42 million international homes once a week. <strong>The Deborah Interviews Show</strong> also had short runs on the WB and FOX networks in Nashville.</p>

<p>Roz Martin studied Business and Pharmacology in the UK and spent almost 10 years working in the UK&#8217;s pharmaceutical industry. She then relocated to the Middle East to specialise in Biotechnology Pharmaceuticals for Johnson &amp; Johnson.</p>
<p>&#8220;I am originally from Dublin, and I remember from a very early age, like most little girls, mixing a concoction of my mothers face creams and lotions making them into my own brand and experimenting with them on my unfortunate baby sisters! Roz says. This was obviously the very start to creating her own health and beauty products.</p>
<p>It was while working in Biotechnology Pharmaceuticals that Roz had her first taste of how exciting this industry really was. She became extremely passionate about aesthetic and anti-aging medicine and began researching this area of medicine. It was via this research that Roz discovered some very effective and potent anti-compounds that had yet to be brought to the market, active collagen being one of them.</p>
<p>So having identified a niche in the anti-aging market, Roz decided in July 2010 to set up a company specialising in the most exciting compound; collagen. She set about working together with a dedicated laboratory and finally brought MedColl collagen capsules to the market.</p>

<h3>Media:</h3>
<p>Watching Live Aid on T.V. aged ten changed Me too. I suddenly got it that by watching T.V. You could save a Life. Awesome. Funny how things turn out. Years later I got to interview Sir Bob Geldof the guy behind Live Aid and He was pretty amazing. He just tells it like it is. Radio saved Me at thirteen. I found Myself. I was finally good at something. It came naturally. Broadcasting was My dream Life come true.  T.V. at fourteen was like Heaven on Earth to Me. You cannot wait around for stuff to fall on Your lap. I constantly contacted People in Media to give Me a chance and some of them did. By fifteen I won a Film Award for a short movie I made and Sony were the sponsors. It was the highlight of My Life up until then. I was doing what I really and truly loved – communicating with ordinary, everyday People that I still believe and know are extraordinary. I love cinema. The first movie I ever went to on the big screen was E.T. and Steven Spielberg is still to this day one of My idols. I was blowing kisses at the screen on the way out. The mad thing is that in 2011 Steven Spielberg’s Assistant Director filmed an interview I did on a 5 star cruise ship in the Mediterranean. Pinched Myself – several times. Recently, I got a call from a 6 time Emmy Award<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> winning filmmaker to be in their next documentary. I nearly fell off the phone and onto the floor. So, getting on or being let loose on the air in Radio at thirteen was the same time I found what this whole Personal Development stuff was all about. I have been glued to it ever since. It has really helped Me to get through the tough, rough, bad times and sometimes the fear of the good times and success.  Gosh, at one point I was afraid of success. A lot of People are.</p>
<h3>Milestones:</h3>
<p>Twenty was an interesting age to land C.N.N. To be honest, I was too young to have appreciated it at the time. In and around that time too I got to cover a U.S. Presidential visit for the Press &amp; later Mentored a U.S. Presidential Photographer. It was surreal. Quentin Tarantino almost hurt My brain He was thinking and talking so fast. There is something supremely special about Cate Blanchett. Both times interviewing Charlize Theron were amazing experiences. She is a very strong woman and so elegantly dressed. I got to sit on the same row as Her at a movie premiere once and I could not take My eyes off of what She was wearing. Stunning. Yes, I love fashion. Real star quality. Renée Zellweger was very gracious, polite and very, very, very tiny. Pierce Brosnan, a great charity giver with a very generous spirit. Adam Sandler was so down to earth it was amazing. I can see how Hollywood Producer Susan Downey, Wife of Robert Downey Jr. keeps Him grounded. Gabriel Byrne, Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson are more than some of Ireland’s finest exports, they’re just amazing Men in different ways. Jerry Bruckheimer, Joel Schumacher and Sean William Scott etc. made Me smile and thankful that I found a love for cinema at such a young age. Jonah Hill was a gentleman. I am such a Harry Potter nut and We still listen to the audio books by Stephen Fry in the evenings. So I was delighted to have Interviewed both Dumbledore characters from J.K. Rowling’s movie series, fellow Limerick person the late Sir Richard Harris and Sir Michael Gambon. I used to be live on the Radio in studio with the late actor Oliver Reed until He flew off to Malta to film Gladiator and died. He had such a warm heart and was so giving when it came to the Community and fundraising efforts. I have been amazingly fortunate in My career to have Mentored Hollywood stars, Grammy Award winners, European Film Festival winners, the Editors-In-Chief of International Magazines, Google Staff, Vodafone, Four Star Pizza, Q Sat Broadband &amp; Dunnes Stores Call Centre Staff, one of the World’s biggest banks Citi USA used one of My quotes, ‘You don’t need sight to see – You need vision,’ as their inspirational quote for the month in 2009. Mentoring Swiss watch makers was challenging and exciting, plus fashion Models and some of the World’s most successful Investors and young business People who have founded, invented or bought and sold Social Media Networks that became household names. And yet, despite it all, they all have one thing in common. They are just like You and I.</p>
