Born in Topeka, Kansas, Ruben is known as The Vision Breakthrough Expert.

He is The founder of “The Success Immune System”, a Professional Certified Success Coach, trainer, entrepreneur, published author, and dynamic speaker. He teaches and trains students and clients all over the world to step into their vision and achieve their personal greatness. Ruben has mastered the ability to help individuals see a larger vision of themselves and has developed a masterful system that allows individuals to increase productivity, improve relationships and spend time doing what matters most.

Beginning in the late 80’s, Ruben recognized his ability to help others achieve their dreams. In 1991 Rubens life was forever changed by his experience serving in Operation Desert Shield/Storm as a US Army soldier. Realizing how fragile life was, this experience made him refocus his commitment to making every day count. Since that time he has helped to create the profession of Surgical First Assisting in the state of Kansas, co-authoring the text book as well as other training materials. He also started a martial arts school to empower youth, as well as adults, helping them to maximize their potential and exceed their own expectations. Rubens ability to impact lives was solidified when he was inducted in to the US Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2005 as Instructor of the Year.

After starting several businesses generating millions of dollars, Ruben developed a masterful coaching system that allows individuals to increase productivity, improve relationships and spend time doing what matters most.

He learned many lessons from all of these experiences which allow him to entertain, inform, and inspire audiences with his one-of-a-kind speaking style.
